Suresh is writing 'Traffic' rules

There is nothing like the sweet taste of success and Suresh Nair is savouring every moment of his.

The co-screenplay writer of 'Kahaani' and other successful Bollywood films is busy with Bollywood projects like Hrithik-Katrina starrer 'Bang Bang', 'Namastey London -2', Ram Charan Teja-Priyanka starrer 'Zanjeer', to name a few.

Suresh has also done the Hindi adaptation of the script of 'Traffic', being directed by Rajesh Pillai himself, which is currently being shot in Mumbai. The Hindi version stars Manoj Bajpai, Parambrata, Prosenjit and Jimmy Shergill in prominent roles. Often, the original content of a film undergoes a makeover when it is adapted into Bollywood to suit audience sensibilities.

So, has 'Traffic' too been tweaked to Bollywood standards? “I love Traffic as it is; it works brilliantly in any landscape and I do not feel the need to tweak it drastically," reveals Suresh. He adds, “Of course, slight enhancements have been made in the feel and action content, to ensure commercial viability. But the script still remains the brilliant script that the original is." Suresh also disclosed that he was the one who recommended the script to the producers of the Hindi version.

Meanwhile Suresh is also committed to doing a Mollywood project starring Mohanlal directed by Joshiy. He admits that he is a huge fan of Mohanlal and is kicked about the idea of a working with him. Asked about further projects in Mollywood, Suresh points out, “I have my hands full in Bollywood and a project should excite me enough to commit."

The number of projects Suresh is handling is humongous and he admits, “This is my bread and butter! I either say no or I end up getting greedy and saying yes and then there are projects that interest me. In the end, I wonder how I am going to finish all these projects!"
